- We remove all the loose parts from the fire box, including grates, flavorizer bars, warming racks and heat shields. These parts are placed in our special warming tank to remove grease and additional debris
- We use eco-friendly, odorless solution to hand scrub the inner firebox
- We use our commercial steamer to remove 99.8% of germs
- We rinse the firebox by hand – no pressue washer or hoses
- We clean and degrease the outside of your grill, including side burners and lower cabinets
- We then apply a special polish to shine and help protect your expensive investment
- We cleann th inner parts that have been soaking in the tank and reassemble the grill
- We clean up our area, leaving your backyard or patiio the same as we arrived except your grill is cleaned

My Favorite Grill Recipes
Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Butter
4 (6 ounce) halibut fillet
1 Lime cut into wedges
salt & pepper to taste
3 Cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1/2 Cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon olive oil
-Preheat grill for high heat.
– Squeeze lime wedges over filets, then season with salt & pepper.
-Grill filets for about 5 minutes on each side.
-Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant – about 2 minutes.
-Stir in butter, remaining lime juice and cilantro. Serve fish with the cilantro butter sauce and enjoy!
